Product & Material

What material are the bags made of?

All bags are made of durable waterproof fabric, high-quality polyester or PU leather. They are wear-resistant and easy to clean.

Is the material eco-friendly?

Based on the materials you require, only recycled PET fabric, recycled PET PU, recycled PET canvas and certificated cotton canvas fabrics are non-toxic, odorless and compliant with EU environmental standards and California Prop 65. Other materials can be customized to meet REACH (SVHC) and California Prop 65 requirements.

Can you customize logo and color?

Yes, we support custom printed logos, embossed logos and customized colors.

Are the zippers and hardware durable?

We use smooth metal zippers and reinforced hardware to ensure long-term use.

Quality & Inspection

Do you inspect goods before shipment?

Every batch undergoes strict inspection on stitching, zippers, printing and overall appearance before packing according to AQL standards. We also take container loading videos and photos and send them to you during shipment loading.

What is your defective rate?

The defective rate is controlled below 1%. When the order is finished, we also inspect the packed goods according to AQL standards: Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0.

Packing Standard

What is the packing method?

Each bag is packed in one poly bag, then into standard export cartons with reinforced carton edges for shipping safety.

Can you change the packing requirements?

Custom packing is acceptable. Extra packing fees will be charged accordingly.

Shipment & Warehouse

Can we split the shipment?

Yes, we support partial shipment. The remaining goods can be stored in our warehouse or Yiwu Port warehouse.

What is the storage fee at Yiwu Port?

The storage cost is USD 0.9–1.1 per CBM per day.

How long can you keep the goods for free?

We can provide a maximum of 3 months free storage in our factory warehouse. Yiwu Port has only 2–3 days free storage.

Can I settle the balance together after all goods are shipped?

We suggest settling all balance together with the first shipment to avoid extra warehouse and exchange costs.

How do you handle delayed delivery?

If the shipment is delayed against the scheduled time stated in the signed PO, we will inform you in advance and sincerely negotiate a new delivery date with you. If the delay is caused by our side, we will take corresponding reasonable responsibility and cover the air freight cost of the delayed quantity to you. Delays caused by force majeure factors are excluded.

Payment & Cost

Why is there an extra handling cost?

Due to persistent exchange rate fluctuations and rising raw material costs, additional processing expenses may be inevitable. Once the purchase order is confirmed, we will absorb all such extra costs on our side.

What payment terms do you accept?

Option 1: for small sample orders, 100% T/T in advance. Option 2: 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T after inspection and before shipment. Option 3: 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T against the copy of B/L for regular clients. Option 4: 30% T/T in advance, 70% irrevocable L/C at sight for large orders from regular clients.

After-sales

What if I find defective goods?

We will provide replacement or compensation for confirmed defective products caused by our side.

Can I return the goods?

Mass return is not acceptable once production is completed. We only handle quality problems caused by our side.

What if I find goods are short or damaged?

If you find any quantity shortage or damaged goods upon arrival, please provide clear photos and videos for confirmation. We will check the case promptly and arrange replenishment or reasonable compensation accordingly.
